The rental house
The newly renovated house is fully fitted with quality materials,
such as the terracotta floors and renovated old parquet floors.
The house has two floors.
The ground floor contains an entrance hall with eating and sitting corner, television and hifi-installation. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher as well.
Behind the kitchen you will find a storage room with a sink, washing machine and clothes dryer. Next to this room, there is an individual toilet. Finally, there is a small outside patio on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower, sink and toilet. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with dubble bed, television and possibility to access the internet.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. One has a single bed, whereas the other has two single beds with television and possibility to access the internet.
